Applicable Taxes

All services rendered by DigitalNexa Marketing are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per applicable Indian tax regulations. GST will be charged in addition to the quoted service fee.

Advance Payment Terms

To ensure smooth project initiation, resource allocation, and timely delivery, the following advance payment structure applies:

1. Performance Marketing Services

       100% advance payment is required before the start of the service.

      Includes:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Google Ads
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Performance Marketing Tools & Integrations (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel Setup)

2. Social Media Marketing Services

       100% advance payment is required prior to onboarding.

Includes:

• Social media strategy & planning
• Content calendar creation
• Social media management
• Campaign execution & reporting

3. Graphic & Creative Design Services

        100% advance payment is required before project initiation.

Includes:

• Creative posts & marketing graphics
• Brand visuals
• Promotional creatives
• Digital ad creatives

4. Brand Identity Development Services

       100% advance payment is required before commencement.

Includes:

• Logo design
• Brand strategy
• Visual identity systems
• Brand guidelines & assets

5. Website Development Services

• 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
• Remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion and before final delivery or website handover.
