Payment Policy

DigitalNexa Marketing
Effective Date: 15 May 2024

This Payment Policy governs the commercial terms applicable to all services provided by DigitalNexa Marketing (“Company”, “We”, “Us”). By engaging our services, the client (“Client”, “You”) agrees to comply with the terms outlined herein.

1. Applicable Taxes

All services rendered by DigitalNexa Marketing are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with prevailing Indian tax laws.
GST shall be charged in addition to the quoted service fees and reflected in the final invoice.

2. Advance Payment Terms

To ensure timely execution, resource allocation, and uninterrupted service delivery, the following mandatory advance payment structure applies:

2.1 Performance Marketing Services

100% advance payment is required prior to service commencement.

Includes, but is not limited to:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
• Google Ads
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Performance marketing tools & integrations (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel Setup)

2.2 Social Media Marketing Services

100% advance payment is required before onboarding.

Includes:

• Social media strategy & planning
• Content calendar creation
• Social media account management
• Campaign execution & performance reporting

2.3 Graphic & Creative Design Services

100% advance payment is required before project initiation.

Includes:

• Creative posts & marketing graphics
• Brand visuals
• Promotional creatives
• Digital advertising creatives

2.4 Brand Identity Development Services

100% advance payment is required before commencement.

Includes:

• Logo design
• Brand strategy development
• Visual identity systems
• Brand guidelines & associated assets

2.5 Website Development Services

• 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project
• Remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion and prior to final delivery, deployment, or handover

3. Late Payment & Penalty Clause

• Any invoice not paid within the agreed payment timeline shall be considered overdue.
• A late payment penalty of 2% per month (or part thereof) shall be levied on the outstanding amount, calculated from the due date until full settlement.
• DigitalNexa Marketing reserves the right to pause, withhold, or terminate services until all outstanding dues, including penalties, are cleared.
• Repeated payment delays may result in service suspension or contract termination without further notice.

4. Non-Refundability Clause

• All advance payments are non-refundable once services have commenced or resources have been allocated.
• Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of DigitalNexa Marketing and governed by the specific service agreement or proposal.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

DigitalNexa Marketing accepts the following modes of payment:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS)
• UPI
• Cheque

Payment details shall be shared upon formal proposal confirmation or invoice issuance.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Payment Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand.

7. Policy Amendments

DigitalNexa Marketing reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy shall be applicable from the date of publication.
